Law Bans Genetic Discrimination

  1. I do not believe most Americans understand that the "right to privacy" is NOT a part of our Constitution. There are laws to protect our identity, medical information, mental health information, etc; however, the right to privacy is NOT guaranteed by the Constitution. The only thing even close to a privacy law is "unreasonable searchs [sic] and seizures." That does not protect privacy as such. It protects against searches and seizures without probable cause.
